The property, like all the houses in Fighine, is furnished with beautiful antiques and wonderful rugs. There is an extremely comfortable sitting room with working fireplace, dining room and kitchen, equipped with the most modern appliances and long marble topped counters.
There are three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two double bedrooms have queen-sized beds. One of the double rooms has the advantage of a separate study.

It has the advantage of a beautiful swimming pool, situated a short walk from the villa, where there are full changing and shower facilities. There is also a covered area for al fresco dining.This property, like all the properties in Fighine, has been totally restored but has maintained all the original architectural features of a Tuscan villa, with its domed painted ceilings, colour washed walls and stone floors.The rooms are beautifully furnished with Italian antiques and attractive rugs. Wonderful pictures hang on the walls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all luxuriously appointed with beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. The villa has a master bedroom suite with two dressing rooms, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. There is a study, sitting room with open fireplace, library/hall and a dining room with a table that can seat 14. The kitchen is fully equipped.
