Casa Janine has a large cosy sitting room, with working fireplace, and remarkable views. Beamed ceilings, stone flagged floors covered with kelims, terracotta tiles and colour washed walls in authentic colours all set the scene. There is a delightful semi circular study, part of the tower, complete with an antique desk and leather chair. The dining room for 12 is just wonderful by candlelight, with wine kept cool in the small cellar....

There is a beautifully equipped kitchen with American fridge/icemaker. Even the master bedroom with brass bed is truly splendid – its bathroom with Victorian bath, huge walk in shower and marble topped double basins. The 2 guest bedrooms are wonderfully comfortable – both have luxuriously-appointed en suite bathrooms (each with bath and shower).

Casa Janine enjoys a delightful terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The gardens are spectacular with long expanses of lawn, a vine-covered pergola and an abundance of rosemary, agapanthus, lavender and roses.
